How long do you have to keep suffering? Does my suffering has a meaning?
Many people ask this question every day and I can totally understand them. The times are getting harder economically and socially. As long as you are not super important, noone cares about you.
Go to a doctor and he will subscribe you anti-depressive medicament, which lowers you emotional sensitivity, but it does not treats the problem. About the side effect we are better not even talking about.
Then you go to the psychologist and you talk about your past and eventually find out what the origin is. But are you happy now? NO!
You need a clear step by step instruction to get out of your depression and finally find peace and happiness. It is a long journey, but it is worth.
No pyschologist talks about building up routines, the effect of nutritions or the importance of human touch. They rather keep you as patient as long as possible, most specialist are literally milking your money and few ones are tring to help you, but they are never really teached how.
I m a very special case of someone, who found the way out and has enough analytical understanding to use it on other people.
A therapy should inculde clear tasks (home work) and the clear understanding, what makes me feeling sad. How do we reconnect our synaptsis to be able to feel good again? How do I find my motivation back? A depressed person needs a guide or a mentor. Furthermore, a therapy should be divided in different sections and be limited. After maximum 12 sessions, the patient should have a guide in his hand, that helps him anytime to find the way out.
